Behind every well run business, there is usually someone ensuring that everything is where it should be, when it should be. That is where I come in.
The Virtual Office Pearl was created to support busy business owners, executives and growing teams who need a reliable, experienced pair of hands to keep things organised, polished and moving forward. Whether it is managing the detail, refining documents, or simply bringing structure to the day-to-day, my role is to make business feel more manageable.
My experience has taken me across a wide range of industries, including: aviation, telecommunications, government, legal, banking, real estate, resources and, more recently, ASX listed mining companies, I have spent many years supporting senior leaders in fast moving environments. Along the way, I have adapted to changing technology, evolving expectations, and the increasing need for precision, discretion and consistency.
Over time, one thing has remained the same. I enjoy bringing order to what can often feel like chaos.
After returning to the corporate world, following a period of running my own retail and café business, I decided it was time to return to what I do best, working more closely with businesses and individuals who value thoughtful, dependable support. The Virtual Office Pearl reflects that shift, combining experience with a more personal, flexible approach.
As for the name… well, it felt only right to build something of my own, with a sense of style, and perhaps the occasional nod to a favourite accessory.
