Behind every well run business, there is usually someone ensuring that everything is where it should be, when it should be. That is where I come in.

The Virtual Office Pearl was created to support busy business owners, executives and growing teams through executive virtual assistant services, business administration support and a growing collection of digital templates and resources. Whether it is managing the detail, refining documents, or bringing structure to the day-to-day, my role is to make business feel more manageable.

I have spent many years supporting senior leaders in fast moving environments. Along the way, I have adapted to changing technology, evolving expectations, and the increasing need for precision, discretion and consistency.

My experience has taken me across a wide range of industries, including:

Over time, one thing has remained the same. I enjoy bringing order to what can often feel like chaos.

I decided it was time to return to what I do best, working more closely with businesses and individuals who value thoughtful, dependable support. After successfully running my own retail and café business, The Virtual Office Pearl brings together that experience, combining executive level support with a more personal, flexible approach.

As for the name… well, it felt only right to build something of my own, with a sense of style, and perhaps the occasional nod to a favourite accessory.

Throughout my career, I have found that no two businesses work in quite the same way. Every client brings different priorities, different challenges and different ways of working. That is why I don’t believe in a one size fits all approach. Whether you need ongoing executive support, assistance with a specific project or simply someone you can rely on to keep everything running smoothly, my aim is always the same: to make your working day easier. This is why I am here – to share my pearls of wisdom with you.

Outside work, I enjoy designing digital products, writing, playing tennis and continuing to learn new creative skills, all of which inspire many of the resources you’ll find in my online store.
